The Hollinden Team is a family real estate team with eXp Realty serving buyers and sellers throughout Greater Louisville and Southern Indiana. Tim brings more than 24 years of real estate sales experience and over 1,650 transactions to the team, along with an earlier background as a residential home builder and tech-company CEO. That combination of real estate, construction, technology and business experience shapes the team's approach to pricing, property condition, negotiation, marketing and helping clients make better-informed real estate decisions. The Hollinden Team uses professional photography and video, digital and social media marketing, artificial intelligence and other modern marketing strategies to create strong exposure for its listings. Behind that technology is a systems-driven approach developed through decades of experience and refined across more than 1,650 real estate transactions. Today, The Hollinden Team is intentionally structured as a family team, providing clients with both experienced leadership and multiple real estate professionals available to support them throughout the buying or selling process. Whether a client is buying a first home, moving up, downsizing, relocating or selling a longtime residence, the team's focus is practical advice, responsive service and helping each client make the right decision for their individual circumstances. The team's primary focus is Greater Louisville and Southern Indiana. Tim has also maintained a second home in Gulf Shores, Alabama, since 2001, where he has a local real estate team supporting his clients. This allows The Hollinden Team to assist Louisville-area clients interested in Gulf Coast second homes and investment properties while providing local support regardless of where Tim is physically located.
